Opposition Leader Peter Dutton flags cuts to NDIS

In an interview with Sky News Australia this morning, Opposition Leader Peter Dutton flagged cuts to funding for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), supposedly as part of efforts to reduce "wasteful" spending, if the Coalition wins the election.
